| November 18 - 7:30 p.m. | Scottish Rite Hospital Auditorium | A review of the Proposed Resolutions and Grand Master's Recommendations to be voted upon at Grand Lodge will be presented. PGM Elmer Murphy III will give information. Rainbow Girls to make sandwiches. |
| January 27 - 7:30 p.m. | Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral | Introduction of the newly installed 2010 District Deputy Grand Masters for the 14th Masonic Districts. Open meeting with dinner. There will be a nominal dinner charge. |
